MY LITTLE TERRITORY

Assalamualaikum . . .

The special month is coming . Its time to get married !! Ehhhhh , wait ! Not me , but my office mate a.k.a my superior advisory . Hehehe . Actually their wedding 2 weeks past . But i just got the edited photos recently . So , i decided to share the moments and photos of wonderful bride & groom to you . 

Ilaa is  my best friend even though she's older than me . She's already 30 y/o this year while me 24 y/o . But she look younger than me . Hahahah , its to much laa . She is a kind hearted person . Humble all the time and and always let people take advantage of it . But she also have a bad temper that not all people knows . Well said , every person have their own limit . If you reach the limit , it will explodes . 

She was a former navy . I love to see her photos during her naval training . She's wearing the  Navy uniform and of course with dark-skinned . Hahaha , so cute la Ilaa . Oh , to much info . Hahah , well i love her than she knows . She engaged on april 2019 with the small ceremony attended by both family only . No Make up, No bridal dais , No bridal dress . Just a simple and small ceremony . 

Both Ilaa and Izz has a silence relationship . Only a close friend and family who knows their relationship . She also has a bad experience regard "LOVE" same with me . Hmmm , pity us . Always being betrayed by the trash man ! 

On 5 oct , they tie the knot .  Last minutes she asking me to be her bridesmaid . Her others best friend shy and refuse to be her bridesmaid . Both ilaa and Izz decides cream colour for bridesmaid and best men . The problem started when i never have a cream colour dress or kurung . Haha , peningggg . .I am tan-skinned person and I never confident to wear cream colored clothes . Finally , Ilaa borrowed her sister's kurung riau for me but its to big and i don't have time to alter . Plus , weight gain had me deeply traumatized , i would say when the reality hit me that i went from 55kg to now 60kg . As it happens when i just simply enjoying myself . Now i have always been conscious about my weight frame but i never stop eating or picky  .  Hahahahahh , the worst me ! Harungggg je la wei . 😂😂😂

Happy Newly wed Ilaa & Izz . First days of wedding are always the sweetest . But it can get harder with time . Nevertheless , i know that your love is stronger than every possible trouble . I was truly blessed to witness your love . Marriage also is not a beautiful fairytale with unicorn flying around ,  fairies help when you need help and problems solving with no efford . But you can do anything as long as you love each other . And you guys do . Wishing you hundreds of happy years and tons of joy.  Congratulations !

Rasanya belum terlambat lagi nak wish Happy Deepavali to all non muslim yang merayakan hari tersebut . Bila google , baru la hilang confuse nie . Tau confuse sebab apa  .? Sebab perkataan Deepavali . Some of us sebut Diwali . Some sebut Dipavali . Hari nie baru la terdetik nak buka wikipedia baca semua tentang Diwali nie . Untuk korang yang confuse macam aku , boleh refer info bawah nie .

Setiap kaum di Malaysia akan meraikan perayaan mengikut adat dan kepercayaan kaum masing-masing . Untuk Chinese , mereka akan mengadakan pesta tanglung , makan besar , Chap Goh Mei dan lain-lain . Mereka juga akan menggantung tanglung dan menghias rumah dengan wall sticker . Aku selalu tanya officemate chinese aku mengenai perayaan dan kepercaan diorang . Mengikut penerangan dia , tanglung banyak kegunaan bukan sahaja sebagai perhiasan rumah tetapi sering di gunakan sewaktu  pesta tanglung . Antaranya mereka akan menulis doa atau hajat di atas kertas dan di selitkan ke dalam tanglung , kemudian akan di hayutkan ke laut . Salah satu kepercayaan untuk mencari jodoh untuk remaja kaum cina , mereka akan menulis nombor telefon dan nama pada buah oren atau lokam dan di lontarkan ke dalam tasik atau laut pada hari ke 15 CNY . 

Untuk muslim kebiasaannya rumah akan di hiasi dengan pelita  buluh dan lampu liplap liplap (bahasa kampung) setiap kali puasa dan raya puasa . Eh rindu pulak nak sambut puasa . Time bulan puasa tu kalau tengok air mineral pun dah boleh terliur . Cume selalu boros time shopping makanan dekat bazaar . Semua nampak sedap dan seyakinnya mampu untuk habiskan juadah yang di beli . Tuptupp , habis secawan air dah kenyang terus . Hahahaha , typical orang melayu .  

Untuk Indian ,  apa yang menarik adalah keunikan pesta cahaya yang menandakan kemenangan oleh kuasa kebaikan terhadap kuasa kejahatan atau simboliknya ditujukan dalam erti cahaya yang menerangi kegelapan . Kita yang bukan indian pun akan tertarik tengok hiasan Lukisan "kolam"  dan pesta cahaya yang di raikan oleh penganut agama Hindu . 

So setiap kaum ada keunikan dan kepercayaan tersendiri . Tak perlu racist atau jadikan sarcasm amalan , perayaan atau kepercayaan setiap kaum itu . 

Dan apa yang paling best setiap kali Hari Deepavali semestinya cerita Hindustan . Heeheheh , aku rasa macam taknak bergerak dari depan tv je satu hari . Semua cerita best-best . Yang lagi best berebut siaran tv nak tengok movie favourite maisng-masing . Contohnyaa aku nak tengok  Kal Ho Na Ho while abang aku nak tengok Kuch Kuch Hota Hai . Hahaha .

Hello guys , i'm pretty sure some of my followers have same situation like me; either current situation , past situation or future plans .   Yeaaa , mostly private sector worker owned by chinese ! Rarely people who work for government confused about work and "jumping around".  Of course la they have a strong financial support while get many benefits from government to support their daily life . 

Ada orang cakap kerja swasta lagi tinggi gaji dari kerja kerajaan . Oh hello , tak semua company berhati murni macam tu , depends on the director and company financial . For me , i've seen my friend who work for government . They have many time to spends with family and friends but no money . Some of my friend works on private sector , they have no time with family nor friends but they have a strong financial . Kerja bagai nak gila , susah nak cuti . 

Aku pernah baca surat khabar yang ada headline Bukan Masa Sesuai Untuk Lompat Kerja . Yeaaa , betul , dengan ekonomi sekarang bagi pekerja yang makan gaji tidak di sarankan untuk bertukar-tukar kerja dan stay dengan kerja yang ada . Alhamdulillah aku ada kerja dan dah 2 tahun lebih aku bertahan dengan kerja nie . But recently i've made a decision to jumps career  . 

I've made this decision rationally and think twice . My family and friends also advising me to jumps job . They know well my situation and financial status . I've been working in private sector for 2 years .  Yeee , memang ada increment setiap tahun tetapi ada satu hipotesis yang sememangnya relate dengan kehidupan dan kita tak boleh lari dari tu . 

Semakin bertambah gaji , semakin bertambah komitmen . This is FUCKING REAL LIFE ! 

Komitmen aku setiap bulan 1k while my salary doesn't hit 2k pun . What is your biggest commitment sue ? I need to pay house rent RM600 per month . Don't share ! Eh , kenapa tak cari bilik sewa je .? Kau kan bujang lagi . Hmmm , macam mana nak explain eh .? Susah kalau berkait dengan dengan keselesaan family nie . Macam nie , aku ada reason tersendiri kenapa aku sewa rumah daripada bilik . Family aku selalu play visit aku dekat kuantan nie . So takkan setiap kali diorang datang , aku nak sewa homestay untuk 3 4 hari .? Dan adik aku baru habis sekolah dan decide nak duduk dengan aku dekat sini . Bulan 11 nie baru dia start keje . Awal tahun hari tu aku duduk sorang dan aku cari seorang housmate perempuan . So , aku rasa boleh bernyawa sebab ada orang share house dengan aku tetapi dalam tempoh ade housemate aku , family aku jarang datang sini dah . Dan pernah sekali family aku datang dalam tempoh 3 hari 2 malam time tu ada housemate aku . Confirm dia tak selesa dengan family aku yang ramai , bising macam tu . After raya puasa hari tu housemate aku decide nak keluar rumah tu , bukan sebab family aku , tapi sebab dia dah tak kerja dekat kuantan dan balik kampung asal dia . 

So , every month i only have 300 or 400 je from my salaries after deduct house rent , transport , phone bill , astro bill and others utility . Bayangkan topup barang dapur sahaja dah RM100 or lebih . Minyak kereta motor dah berapa sebulan . So the biggest reason i made this decision is about salary .  Besides , boss aku nie semua business dia nak buat . DIa sorang dah ada 4 5 business TETAPI boss aku nie suka gunakan staff yang mana ada je . Contohnya aku kerja untuk business A sebagai hr , tapi boss aku gunakan aku untuk handle hr job untuk company B , C dan D dia . Korang boleh imagine tak macam mane ? Buat kerja untuk banyak company tapi gaji tetap kira satu company je .  So , ini pun salah satu reason aku nak jumps job jugak . My working enviroment is ok , senang apply cuti , big boss ok walaupun muka macam gangster filem tamil 😌 , manager semua okey dan sporting but only  one my officemate yang aku pernah story dulu tu je yang tak okey  . Company nie pun provide yearly bonus , kadang mood boss baik dan profit tinggi tahun tu dia kan bagi 2 or 3 month bonus depends on berapa tahun dah kita kerja dekat company tu . Kalau profit so so je , dia akan tetap bagi 1 month bonus . Like i said before , boss okey . Cume monthly wages je cukup-cukup makan . 

Betul la orang cakap : kalau dapat kerja gaji ok , boss pulak tak ok dan susah cuti . Kalau dapat gaji tak ok , environment & boss pulak ok . Memang susah nak mencari kepuasan dan kesempurnaan dalam hidup nie . The solution is Sabar and keep Doa semoga diluaskan rezeki . 

I've sent my latest resume to some of company . Hope ada peluang dan rezeki . Cuma aku mati akal nak bagi reason apa dekat manager aku kalau aku dapat better job dan nak resign dari company nie . Dear Myself , 

Alhamdulillah for another year of life . You've been through a lot of things . You've been walking on your way but there some toxic people block the road . They come to ruin everything and make a chaos  . This year has been very hectic life , more challenging year and full of commitment . Surely , you feel like your life is a mess with horrendous worries weighing on your head . Uninvited thoughts creep into your mind everyday thinking about how to find the solution , how to do that , how to do this  in every decision you've made . Your life is like a roller coaster . There's ups and down . Sometimes you happy and achieve your goal . Sometimes you grieve and give up on your life . 

Last month your turn to twenty four . Time is fast . Many people try to hurt you but you pretend that it is not a big deal as long as not harming yourself . Many things happened to you but your secretly solve and persuade yourself . You don't have a boyfriend to lean on , to share everything your face . It been a while since my best friend getting married and have their on life and your family have their own problems , so that you don't want to bother them  . So you decide not tell anyone . You keep the story by your own while controling yourself from being disturbing others . 

Indeed , sometimes you are too weak to pretend that everything is going well . There's times when the things get hard and suddenly you can't hold tears to keep falls .  End up you crying as much as you can , and struggling to breathe . You keep asking The God . Why must my life like this .? Why should i be like that .? How can i be like them .? When everything will be ok and I'll be happy ? Why how and when .?

You keep mumbling " why i can't be like others . They who already have a child , a husband , a strong financial , a happy life and lack of problem . While me is still searching and pending for what actually i want in my life . What type of man that i should find .? How to get a better job ? How to manage my financial ? "

Time to reflect yourself !

Life will keep giving your problems . You can't avoid it but you can control it . Also life is not easy nor hard . Its not Why , How and When . Its you . You don't know how to grow . You did it multiple times . The main power is you and yourself . You control everything . Don't simply say "I can't do that" till you trying to do . Be brave ! Keep in your mind that you can do that easy nor hard things . No one can be in your life if you don't let them in .  

You know what ? Sometimes you need full attention from someone . Sometimes you need to facing up every challenging then you will get the satisfaction and best result . First thing first , you should remove the "black dot" on your life . Don't be a toxic or negative people . After that you can easily remove negative people in your life . Remove negative vibes and through this life with brave and courage . Nobody will not understand you . Nobody will stand to hear all your story and they never been be on your shoes . So you need to push and motivate yourself to be a better person . 

Yeaa , everything need a time . Don't rush to define the whole meaning in this life . Feel free to thankful to The God for offering your life till today . Everything has been written by Him . The hardship stays for a moment until we find a ways to stack them with gratefulness and  acceptance . Be thankful .

What a wonderful blessings that has given to us ! To live a life accordingly to our desire requires a lot of sacrifices, time and no promissing happiness  . In the middle to achieve successful , you will through so many difficult road  and make a many mistake . Then you meet many type of human . But at the end  , joy will always be waiting at the finish line .

Assalamualaikum . . .

Terdetik hati nak up post pasal "hidup untuk puaskan hati orang" lepas teringat Insta story Dato' Alha Alfa . Baru-baru nie Dato' Alha telah selamat melangsungkan perkahwinan dengan dengan pasangannya Datin Alin Ismail . Eh , aku teruja la tengok orang yang dagu terbelah nie . Cantik dan unik . So cantik la datin . 😘 One of my friend , Ila pun memiliki dagu belah . Btw selamat pengantin baru Ila dan Izz . My friend pun dah off market last week . 

Lepas kejadian Kek yang di bina daripada kaca setinggi 2 meter bernilai RM5000 tumbang sewaktu majlis resepsi beliau , ada banyak mulut-mulut jahat wujud sehingga ada yang mengatakan itu adalah tanda tidak berkat dan jodoh tidak panjang . Ya Allah , jahat betul mulut-mulut orang sekarang . Dato' Alha sendiri redha dan percaya bahawa rezeki beliau setakat itu sahaja dan tidak menyalahkan pihak wedding planner . Normal la unexpected thing happen without notice dan yang sebetulnya susah tertulis rezeki , jodoh dan ajal setiap manusia . Jadi , siapalah kita nie untuk mengata dan bercakap benda yang tak sepatutnya ? Adakah kita cukup sempurna sehingga tiada cacat cela .? Adakah kita yakin kita adalah ahli-ahli syurga ?

Kalau kau percaya dah takde orang kaya yang ikhlas dan stay humble dalam dunia nie , kau silap .! Bagi aku , ramai je orang kaya yang berhati murni . Contoh Dato' Alha pun seorang yang cukup humble dan tenang handle situasi hangat macam nie dikala orang tak berhenti nak bercakap buruk . Memang dia banyak duit dan apa la sangat setakat 5k tu . Itu yang kau nampak , keikhlasan disebalik kejadian yang berlaku nie susah orang nak nampak . 

Kadang aku tak faham . Hidup kita nie memang untuk puaskan hati orang ke .? Buat wedding besar orang akan mengata , buat wedding kecik pun orang mengata jugak . Eh , menyibuk betul . cer try sponsor seposen dua baru boleh ikut rentak dan kehendak kau . Lol .

Aku pernah cakap dengan mak aku , in case kalau aku bertunang nanti aku taknak buat majlis . Just nak buat dua pihak je , which is family dia dan family aku sahaja . Mak aku setuju tetapi dia tetap nak jemput sorang dua orang kampung atas sebab nak puaskan hati orang . Aku hampir naik angin jugak la dengan orang kampung aku nie . Kos semua kita yang keluar , so apa hak diorang untuk  tentukan itu ini . Bagi aku , kalau kurang seorang dua untuk tolong merewang nanti pun aku tak kisah , aku sendiri boleh je duduk dapur tolong potong bawang sehari sebelum majlis tu . 

Kalau tiba-tiba cakap nak kawen , start la mulut-mulut makcik pakcik bawang dekat kampung tu sebar cerita yang bukan-bukan . Act aku tak pernah kisah kalau orang nak cakap buruk aku , cuma aku kesian dekat mak ayah aku sebab benda tu sikit sebanyak akan tempias dekat diorang . Entah la , tak faham kenapa perlu wujud orang-orang macam nie dan apa yang diorang nak sebenarnya . 

Kebanyakan orang kampung aku , apa yang mak ayah dia cakap buruk pasal seseorang tu setahun dua kemudian mesti akan jadi dekat anak atau family dia semula . See , pay cash ! Cukup-cukup la jaga tepi kain orang , cukup-cukup la mengata buruk orang . Kita semua datang dari air mani yang kotor dan hina , sama darjat . So tak perlu sombong dan zalim sesama manusia .

15 Oct 2019 , sesi kedua untuk peperiksaan online memasuki perkhidmatan awam bagi jawatan pembantu tadbir (perkeranian/operasi) Gred N19 . Semua soalan akan diberi 4 pilihan jawapan either math or english questions . Korang boleh log in portal exam online SPA 1 jam awal . In case ada orang yang takut terbabas waktu macam aku , better log in awal-awal . Oh yaa , korang boleh jawab exam nie dekat mana-mana je menggunakan Pc atau Hp sendiri . Make sure capaian line selaju yang boleh . * Ada je antara kawan-kawan aku yang mintak tolong adik beradik yang bijak tolong jawab kan , a few mintak tolong kawan-kawan jawabkan sorang satu soalan . For me , aku yang nak kerja nie better aku jawab sendiri dengan usaha sendiri .

Jemputan Peperiksaan Online Spa nie akan dihantar melalui email masing-masing sekiranya korang pernah atau ada apply mana-mana jawatan kerajaan melalui portal SPA . Dalam email tu akan ada link untuk portal exam online dan katalaluan . Serta waktu , masa dan jenis peperiksaan macam gambar bawah nie . 

Exam akan bermula pada pukul 10.00 a.m  sehingga pukul 11.00 a.m . 20 minit pertama adalah peperiksaan Seksyen A Daya Menyelesaikan Masalah (soalan math) . Sumpah tak sempat nak kira satu-satu soalan . Rushing sangat mengira , ada yang easy ada yang soalan tricky . Mana yang aku sempat kira aku yakin jawapan tu betul , while yang tak sempat kira aku tembak je dengan Sniper Rifle M24 . hahahaha . Oh yaaa , 20 minit untuk 20 soalan . Kau rasa .?? Aku nie dah lebih 5 tahun tinggal sekolah menengah , sifir pun kadang-kadang ingat lupa . . Hahahah  , gigih aku study math last minute semalam . 

Contoh soalan : 

1) 180 , 184 , 188 , P , Q  ,200 .  Cari nilai P & Q .? (Easy)

2) Sebuah kedai serbaneka menjual 150 jenis barang . 55% adalah terdiri daripada barang jenis plastik . Sebahagian lagi adalah jenis barang selain plastik termasuk 15% daripada bahagian tersebut adalah barang kaca . Berapakah jenis barang kaca ? (

3) Sebuah lori dipandu dari bandar S ke bandar T yang jaraknya 240km dalam masa 2 jam 25 minit . Berapakah laju purata lori tersebut dipandu .? 

4) P bahagi Q sama dengan Q . Q bahagi 2 sama dengan R . R bahagi 1 sama dengan 5 . Cari nilai P .?

5) Ramlah menjual 3 jenis buah-buahan iaitu 35% adalah buah limau , 55% buah tembikau dan selebihnya adalah 50 biji buah jambu . Berapakah jumlah keseluruhan buah-buahan tersebut .?

Atas tu adalah soalan-soalan Daya Menyelesaikan masalah bagi sesi 1 & 2 . Aku campurkan je untuk contoh rujukan sesiapan yang memerlukan nanti . Setelah selesai menjawab soalan Seksyen A (Daya Menyelesaikan Masalah) , korang akan diberi waktu rehat selama 20 minit sebelum peperiksaan Seksyen B (Kefahaman Bahasa Inggeris) . Waktu nie korang boleh la rehat , pergi toilet dulu ke , ws bf/gf suruh doakan kejayaan kau ke atau nak makan kudap-kudapan dulu . Make sure sebelum 10.40 korang kena ada depan pc atau hp dah . 

10.40a.m hingga 11.00a.m adalah waktu peperiksaan untuk Seksyen B (Kefahaman Bahasa Inggeris) . Okey , yang nie favourite seksyen . Mengandungi 20 soalan untuk 20 minit jugak . Tetapi Seksyen B nie Easy dan cukup masa . Siap ada balance masa untuk semak jawapan sambil tersenyum lagi . 

Contoh Soalan :

1) Read the conversation in the following situation.

Han  : I have just been laid off.

Alim : What do you plan to do to make ends meet ? i know you have a large family .

Han  : The only way i know of is to cut down all necessary expenses .

Alim : Let me know in what ways i can help you . I will make every effort to make sure you would have a job . 

Han  : Thank you . I know that i couls always count on you .

Atas nie adalah contoh soalan yang aku jawab pagi tadi . Setiap Sesi soalan berlainan , TAK AKAN SAMA , cuma korang boleh study contoh soalan nie sebagai rujukan .  Easy kan soalan english .? Lately , i have no ideas to write-up & update my blog . But i'm reading the comment you left and do visit your blog as well . What a heartbreaking morning ? Actually this morning while I was on my way to the office, I heard Hot FM radio broadcasts hosted by FIZI, SYUK and SHUIB. Today , the topic of GENG PAGI HOT is "Rindu" .  Misses the dead people , misses the broken friendship or misses the husband / wife who goes to outstation . Many people call and whatsapp their story . While i was hearing their story , suddently my tears fall down 😭😭😭😭😭. I miss my mom and dad so much . Alhamdulillah , i still have mom and dad .

Many sad stories they shared this morning . Some of them tell the stories while crying . Oh , i cannot laaa . . Too sad ! 😭😭 Some of them tells that they miss their mom's nagging , mom's cooking , mom's are waiting for their return home , dad's hugs , dad's sixth sense , hang on to the wonderful memories that they have , remember all the good times happily .

Now i realize that if we feel we have lost someone , there's more people lost their loved ones as well . If we miss someone , there's many people deeply miss a dead loved one . If we think we have a hardship , many people have more difficulty too . So , please ! reflect ourself , don't selfish , always be kind and have courage to others people .

Anyone who you lost is a terrible loss , it doesn't matter how old they are , you still losing someone from your life . But what is most unimaginable grief to me is would be to lose a PARENTS . It so unbearable . Ya Allah ,  I can't imagine this situation happened to me . "Semoga kedua orang tuaku dipanjangkan umur dan dirahmati  selalu . Amin ". . You will always miss and grieve your loved one that passed ! It wouldn't be normal if you didn't . . .  But you have to still know how to go on with life because that's what that person would want you to do . That one needs time and plenty of it go grieve in anyway they know how , there is help out there also , other people who have gone through the same .

5 years ago , i lost my Mak tok . My beloved grandmom . I cried a lot till i got sick . My bro had to lift me to the grave since i can't handle myself and i can't walk for while . I was half paralyzed at that time because i'm holding back so much grief . On the November last year , i lost my beloved Tok Ayah . But my family decide to hide the news from me until i arrived . They worried if i had the old paralyzed . But at that time , i was ready and i manage not to cried a lot . Oh , I miss them . I'm the  one of the closest grandchild who always took care of them and accompanying them while i'm on my mid-sem leave . Rest in peace Tok & Tok Ayah . Al-Fatihah .

Grieving is a natural thing to happen , you just don't want to get sick or to depressed and you want to still keep going on with your life . For all the people who love you so much . Remember , you are important to a lot of people . You'll be fine , your are sweet person to misses someone so much and i know how hard it is . Hang in there , it does get a better with each day passes . Its a slow process , don't rush to achieve a happiness .

Assalamualaikum . . .

Yesterday is my bad day . Yeaaa , it was migraine attack ! Any head pain can be miserable  ! Today i'm still not feeling well but i refuse to go to clinic . I'm not a person who always being sick and needs an "MC" every time i get sick . I used to working and push myself to speedy recovery . I'm not a type of being clingy and pampered when i get sick and i used to it .

The most common migraine symptoms that i always had are vomiting , severe headache , nausea , my body feel heating and no appetite . Actually aku tiba-tiba migraine after lunch break semalam waktu dekat office , memang rasa tak sedap badan habis plus tak boleh baring waktu tengah kerja . Balik dari office aku tidur kejap sampai ke magrib sebab tak sedar langsung terlalu sakit kepala . Malam tu aku teringin nak makan burger kampung , so i ask my lil bro tolong belikan . Dia gigih belikan 2 biji burger untuk aku , i don't know cubaan perli aku ke atau apa . huhhh 😕  . Unfortunately , aku mampu makan 2 kali gigit je . Rasa loya sangat plus waktu tu adik aku duk scroll scroll tiktok , aku dah start nak naik angin dah dengar bunyi-bunyi lagu tiktok tu . Bertambah sakit kepala aku . Mungkin hormon aku tak stabil sekarang memandangkan aku tengah period . Fortunately tak datang sekali senggugut dengan migraine nie dalam waktu yang sama , i think i might die . Sigh 😔 . .

Tension Headache

Tension headaches are divided into two main categories : 

Episodic Tensions 

- Episodic tension headaches can last from 30 minutes to a week . Frequent episodic tension headaches occur less than 15 days a month for at least three months . Frequent episodic tension headaches may become chronic . If you have frequent eisodic tensionheadaches , you can also have migraines .

Chronic Tensions

- This type of tension headache lasts hour and may be continuous. If your headaches occur 15 or more days a month for at least three months , they're considered chronic . 

Migraines

- Migraine is a recurrent headache , usually only on the side of the head . Sometimes it starts on one side of the head and then on both sides of the head . There are several factors or causes of migraines , such as Stress or pressure , Alcohol consumption , some foods like chocolate , cheese , coffee and tea , Not getthing enought sleep or  Hormone changes during menstruation . Migraines can also cause the following symptoms :

Two main types of migraine :

Classic Migraine

- Before the headache , early signs known as 'aura' or 'prodrome' are come naturally as warning signs .  Aura include light glare , zigzag lines , shadowing vision , numbness , dizziness and difficulty in speaking clearly . After these symptoms disappear , the migraine will attacks .

Normal Migraine 

- Headache will come naturally without first warning . This type of migraine is more common , especially among women .

Autisme ? Korang pernah ada experience jaga atau terjumpa dengan kanak-kanak/remaja yang menghidap autisme .? kalau korang pernah ada experience jaga budak autisme , mesti korang pernah terbaca dan follow kisah Adam , Azal dan Azil kan .? Siapa diorang nie .? 3 orang nie salah satu contoh remaja yang menghidap autisme mild & severe autism . Adam merupakan anak kepada Iman Wan .  Manakala Azal dan azil merupakan anak kembar kepada pelakon Zarina Zainudin . Korang boleh follow instagram diorang kalau nak tengok life adam , azal & azil .  This 3 boy is so handsome and good looking . I swear !

Based on google , Autisme adalah sejenis gangguan psikiatri atau gangguan perkembangan yang mengakibatkan masalah dalam komunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain , samada perkembangan bahasa yang lambat atau tidak berkembang . Autisme sekarang disebut sebagai gangguan spektrum autisme atau autism spectrum disorder (ASD) . Terdapat 3 jenis autisme iaitu Ringan (Mild) , Sedang (Moderate) dan Berat (Severe) .

Punca kanak-kanak sekarang ramai menghidap autisme adalah disebabkan beberapa faktor :

1. Genetik/keturunan dari ahli keluarga itu sendiri . 
2. Persekitaran seperti barang rumah, botol susu plastik atau ubat-ubatan yang di ambil
3. Masalah sewaktu mengandung dan selepas , contohnya stress yang terlampau , hidu bau asap rokok , asap kilang atau bahan kimia .

My 3 y/o baby boy (nephew) mengalami mild autism . Mild autisme nie adalah jenis autism ringan dan masih boleh dikawal . My nephew was given named Ammar haziq . Ammar nie masa baby takde masalah apa-apa pun . Once kita main panggil-panggil dia , dia still boleh senyum-senyum , pandang kita . Around 1 y/o macam tu baru boleh detect yang Ammar autisme . Apa simptom-simptom autisme yang Ammar ada sehingga sekarang ? Antaranya :

1. Tidak menunjukkan eye contact bila kita bercakap dengan dia . Part nak ambil gambar paling struggle . susah sangat nak dapat gambar yang Ammar akan pandang camera . Panggil la seribu kali pun , dia akan ignore je . 
2. Tiada tindak balas terhadap senyuman . Kita main macam mana pun dengan dia , dia takan senyum . Melainkan kalau kiss dia , geletek dia sampai dia geli , baru akan nampak dia senyum . 
3. Tidak boleh bercakap dan menyebut perkataan . Sampai sekarang Ammar still tak boleh bercakap . Kalau lapar , dia just menangis je . Dulu waktu umur 2 tahun , kalau kita marah atau pukul dia pun , dia takan menangis dan buat tak tahu je . But now ada improvement , bila saja-saja marah dia , dia akan menjebekk nak nangis . Dan kalau tengok orang keluar rumah , dia akan berlari kejar sebab nak ikut keluar berjalan .
4. Tiada deria sensori , which is orang pukul dia pun dia diam je tak nangis . Dan pernah jadi 2 tahun lepas , while semua orang dekat ruang tamu dan terlepas pandang si Ammar , He walk to the kitchen and suddenly he took his hand into the boiling Kuah laksa yang ada dekat atas lantai sebab masa tu tabletop full dengan barang . Memang melecur la cite dia . 
5. Tantrum yang sederhana , tidak ganas dan tidak mencederakan diri . But sometimes bila dia geram atau terlalu happy , dia akan pukul muka dia sendiri or ikut nasib la siapa yang ada dekat dengan dia , dia akan tarik telinga atau tiba-tiba lepuk muka kita . Ini aku pernah rasa . Hahaha . .Emosi kanak-kanak autisme nie susah nak ramal , dia akan marah dan ketawa tanpa sebab dan secara tiba-tiba .
6. Susah nak tidur pada waktu malam . Yeaaa , until now Ammar susah nak tidur malam , kadang sampai mumy dia tak larat nak tahan mata ,  biar dia main sorang-sorang . Mujur Ammar jenis yang tak berjalan dalam gelap . Dia hanya duduk je sebelah kita sambil main sorang-sorang . Atau tengok cerita kartun sampai dia tertidur sendiri . Kalau nak paksa dia tidur memang lama sangat kena duduk dodoikan dia . 
7. Perfectionist , suka susun sesuatu barang , seperti lori , kereta atau dinosaur mainan dia . Once orang sengetkan mainan yang dia dah susun , dia akan marah . * tapi kitorang suka kacau dia part nie . Hehehe , dia just marah dan nak menangis je tak pukul orang . Actually part nie aku rasa orang yang bukan autisme pun ada simptom nie . Macam aku pun selalu je nak susun tudung ikut warna , hanger ikut warna , lipat baju sama besar dan tersusun . 
8. Suka kutip dan makan segala apa yang dia jumpa . Kalau mainan kecik-kecik yang muat masuk dalam mulut tu  , dia akan kutip dan masukkan dalam mulut . Tudung perempuan yang ada manik atau batu permata tu pun dia akan gigit dan cabut . Bab makan Ammar memang tidak memilih , tetapi dia akan tolak durian dan benda-benda yang lembut macam agar-agar atau jelly . 
9. Tidak menunjuk minat untuk berkawan dengan kanak-kanak yang lain malah lebih selesa bermain sendiri . Plus Ammar tak suka berebut dan selalu mengalah dengan adik dia . This part kesian Ammar , adik dia selalu berebut mainan dan buat kianat dekat Ammar . While Ammar just menangis je kalau dia terpaksa mengalah dengan adik dia . Ammar tak hyper , tetapi dia lebih suka bermain sendiri which is setiap hari dia akan berlari dalam rumah sampai sampai berpeluh-peluh tanpa penat . Bila dia rasa panas sangat , dia akan pergi sendiri duduk depa kipas stand tu . Kalau keluar pergi mall atau public area , memang kitorang akan pakaikan baby harness . Sebab dia suka berlari dan kita takan sempat kejar . Satu lagi , Ammar akan tiba-tiba baring dekat lantai dalam mall  . Bukan sekali , banyak kali . Maybe dia suka sebab mall kan sejuk dan ramai orang . 
10. Mempunyai minat sesuatu objek atau barang . Macam Ammar , dia memang suka sangat dinosaur . Kalau dapat tengok dinosaur dekat mana-mana mesti dia akan berhenti , dan tengok dinosaur tu sambil terlompat-lompat .
11. Tidak takut dengan sesiapa dan suka bila di bawa keluar berjalan-jalan .

Orang yang tak pernah ada pengalaman handle kanak-kanak autisme , mereka takan pernah faham macam mana situasi tu terjadi dan macam mana strugglenya ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak-anak istimewa nie . Nampak macam normal , bila datang mood nak mengamuk dia , serba serbi pujuk tak jalan . Respect mak ayah yang tabah dan kuat untuk terus jaga anak autisme nie , especially anak yang ada severe autisme . Tantrum yang sangat susah nak kawal . That why la Allah uji kepada hamba dia yang mampu dan kuat sahaja . Nampak anak-anak autisme nie macam tiada perasaan , sebaliknyaa mereka ada perasaan yang sama macam kita yang normal nie cuma meraka tidak tahu nak meluahkan atau sampaikan dekat kita . Hopefully my baby boy getting better dan sihat sepenuhnya . Mak lang will always love you from the deepest heart . 😘
